- Verified RenterSeptember 26, 2025Lack of communication Placed a work order & happen to look online only to see out was listed as completed when nothing has been done, but the problem was still ongoing only when i called the office was i told anything concerning my maintenance request they just closed it without any communication to the resident at all! - Verified RenterSeptember 19, 2025Weed Control I am not seeing a difference in the rock area by the stairs that is outside my bedroom window. It just doesn't appear that all of the weeds where sprayed. I hope you didn't spray my plant. It looks different but it did rain, and now it is laying open in all directions. Why isn't the lawn care company using the weed eaters on these tall weeds? I guess I will buy weed killer and do it myself. Maintenance usually does a great job! Something is different. - Verified RenterSeptember 16, 2025Slow response time and communication improvement After a week no one had come out to even look at my broken washer. I had to call and was told someone would be out that day. They didn't come until the next day. I was told I would need a new washer and that it would arrive the very next day. It wasn't delivered and I had to wait until the following Monday (3 more days). I felt the response time was slow, and I didn't appreciate being told multiple times that things would happen on a certain day ...and they didn't. I understand some things happen, but the communication wasn't good. I was told I'd get a call if there was an issue with the truck which arrives at 11 from what I was told. I didn't receive word that it didn't arrive until the end of the day. The office did offer me keys to a vacant unit so that I didn't have to go to a laundromat over the weekend. - Verified RenterAugust 13, 2025Air Conditioning My air conditioner was in need of repair due to mold from the apartment above. The maintenance men were very helpful. The men went upstairs to see the apartment and discovered the leak to my apartment and air conditioner. The repair took longer than planned but the men were very good about finding me some portable air conditioner units so that my house could be cooler. Shane and Chris checked up on me several times to make sure that I was ok and that my house was not so hot. I am ...so glad that both of them and the others care about my wellbeing. It is always pleasant to drive in to Timber Lakes and see the area looking so nice and pretty. The maintenance staff and those who keep the grounds looking nice always do a good job. It always puts a smile on my face to be home! I appreciate the management and the hard work that everybody up in the office does. They always go up and beyond and give 100 percent. They are to be ...commended for their hard work and professionalism. I appreciate Molly and all that she does in making sure that Timber Lakes runs smoothly. Jill always has a smile on her face and tackles each obstacle as it comes her way with Grace. Eric is always willing to do his very best always in order for the residents to be satisfied and feel at home. The prospective residents always are greeted warmly and every effort is provided so that any questions are answered and all options are shared as far as living area choices. I love the pool and it is well kept and so clean and inviting during the summertime. The gym is always clean and the machines are in good working order. I also appreciate, being a single woman, how the police make quick run throughs periodically to make sure their presence is known. It has helped making the Timber Lakes surrounding feel safe and secure. What I like most about Timber Lakes is the people who make it a community. It feels like a happy place with happy people. That stems from the management people in the front office who work tirelessly to make our little place a community. They are efficient and understand the importance of keeping the residents informed and happy. Part of that as well has to do with the office staff who make sure that the requests are known to the maintenance people.
