This is what used to be called low income, but is now known as affordable housing. As a single mother of two this is a wonderful place to live. First of all it is located in a beautiful part of San Diego. There are neighborhoods all around with gorgeous homes. There is also a nice park one block up. The grounds are kept up nicely. bathroom is across the hallway from his room. My daughter and I share the master bedroom, with its connecting bathroom and it also has a large closet. The apartment has a perfect size kitchen that stretches into a dining area, which flows into the open concept of the living room. I am on the second floor. The apartment comes with a good size balcony. Almost every afternoon you can see hot air balloons flying overhead.The only thing I don't like is that my rent goes up every year. Inside everything is all shades of blues and white with a beach themes running throughout the apartment. It is a really great place to live and I feel happy hear with my children.
