This is what used to be called low income, but is now known as affordable housing. As a single mother of two this is a wonderful place to live. First of all it is located in a beautiful part of San Diego. There are neighborhoods all around with gorgeous homes. There is also a nice park one block up. The grounds are kept up nicely. Everything around here is clean and neat. We have a pool and a place to grill meat. There is a laundry facility. I have a two bedroom. My son has his own room and his ...
bathroom is across the hallway from his room. My daughter and I share the master bedroom, with its connecting bathroom and it also has a large closet. The apartment has a perfect size kitchen that stretches into a dining area, which flows into the open concept of the living room. I am on the second floor. The apartment comes with a good size balcony. Almost every afternoon you can see hot air balloons flying overhead.The only thing I don't like is that my rent goes up every year. Inside everything is all shades of blues and white with a beach themes running throughout the apartment. It is a really great place to live and I feel happy hear with my children.

This apartment has it all! Value, Style, and Flair! If you want great neighbors, roomy living space, and great maintenance without breaking the bank, you are home. I can't say enough about this place! It's like a resort, yet you are right in the middle of things. Torrey Del Mar apartments have outdone themselves! Great Job, Bridge Housing!
