1BR in Tosa
September 7, 2017I've lived here for 5 months and am extremely happy I chose Tosa Village. You can't beat the price for living in a large 1BR apartment in Tosa. The apartment itself is older, but has been well maintained by the maintenance guy and manager who live onsite in the complex. Highly recommend this complex.Review from Apartments.com
Great Complex, Great Location, Great Management/Ownership
June 14, 2017Kevin and Darlynn are absolutely amazing. I called them back in December about getting a 1 bedroom apartment for myself for only 9 months because I was uncertain of my career choices at that point. Well they got me in right away and the process for moving in was super easy. About 6 months into my lease I got relocated for work so I needed to get out of my lease at the Tosa Village Apartments, and they also made that request for me incredibly easy. Kevin answered all of my questions and the ...process didn't take that long at all! Those two really understood my situation and didn't try to screw me just for the money but they really wanted to help me out (which is very rare now a days)! As for the complex itself I never had any issues with it. My neighbors were very respectable and I never had any problems with anyone or anything in my apartment building. Also, the complex is in an amazing location with the Tosa Village just a short walk away. This complex is surrounded by great food, bars, and also stores. Living at the Tosa Village Apartments was the best decision that I had when I found out I was going to be working in Milwaukee. Tosa Village Apartments, in the heart of the village
March 13, 2016I have been living at Tosa Village for 8 years. The management staff is friendly and quick to fix any maintenance issues that I have had. I like the fact that I have a balcony so I can have immediate access to the outdoors. The proximity to Hart Park, shopping and restaurants is ideal. Centralized in Milwaukee County, it is 15 minutes to downtown and to Brookfield. The apartments are spacious, I can fit a king size bed with room to spare in my 2 bedroom unit. Actual affordable living in Tosa
March 3, 2016I've been living here for 3 years and love that I can actually afford to live in Tosa so I can be close to all the amenities within walking distance rather than having to drive everywhere. It's a great wooded location, parking, and spacious apartments. The only thing that could improve would be to add more washers and dryers.Review from Apartments.com
