Fantastic Place to Live
December 18, 2018I moved here just a few months ago and have had a relatively great experience overall. The exterior of the building is beautiful. The architecture and colors really make it pop. Each apartment has its own balcony, and mine is luckily enough to overlook some of the most gorgeous sunsets that I've ever seen in California. As for the apartment itself- I had some snags when I first moved in but those issues were quickly resolved by the maintenance team and building management. The rooms are ...spacious, the apartment has a ton of light, and noise doesn't seem to be a problem. With laundry facilities, a beautiful backyard area, pool, covered parking, and very friendly neighbors, this is a great place to live. December 7, 2018We moved from New York and were in search of a place pronto in LA. This was the first place we checked out from our 10 choices; we applied the same day and were accepted quickly! This apartment complex has a covered garage, Lea for, secure entry, a pool, BBQ area and spacious apartments. December 5, 2018I’ve been living here for more than a year and I am extremely pleased. Safe, secure apartment complex, nice pool, parking, and central AC. Overall, a comfortable living experience.
April 7, 2018Nicole is great. Facilities are kept up and maintained fairly well. Tandem parking is always somewhat of a pain, but no surprise there. Some cockroaches in the kitchen but I haven't seen in any for a couple months now which is good. Central AC works well. Dishwasher works alright. Hot water in the shower takes a couple minutes to warm up but that's ok. Not a huge fan of carpet, but I chose it so I can't complain about that lol. Decent sized living room is nice. Some airplane noise from ...the Van Nuys airport, but not typical at night. Nice palm trees in the backyard. Pool seems nice, I've been meaning to hop in sometime now that it's warming up a bit! Handful of stray cats live in the neighborhood and hang out in the garage quite frequently. They're skittish for the most part. Overall, a comfortable living experience.Property Manager Responded

Cockroaches!!!
