Lived here about 5 months and looking at older reviews I can say NEW management and PM team are very helpful and actively busy with improvements and repairs to property , neighbors and community are mixed class but amicable … nice place to live , good for families and dog friendly… I’ve had very few complaints, repairs and concerns however, I have always received timely attention and resolve from staff and if not resolved than adequate information is usually provided regarding the issues , nice ...
neighborhood , property is relatively clean and safe , long standing residents say the place has improved dramatically in the past year or so , 4.0 stars due to building being a bit older, no in-unit washer and dryer, gotta smoke off property …
