I have been studio hunting for a few months now, Linda made this experience very easy and simple for me by going over all the details and everything I was looking for as a first-timer moving to SF. She went over the application process and all the perks that come with being a resident there. I love that the building has a private parking garage and laundry room which is very rare to find in downtown SF.

I've searching for a new place to live in SF for the last 3 weeks, and Linda was before the most professional and thorough tour guide and leasing agent. She was very friendly, personable, and provided detailed insights into each property that I was interested in. I signed a lease in no time after my experience.
Giving the property 4 star rating (only thing stopping me from 5 star is the age of the building with respect to newer properties available, but price is great!)

I've lived here for 8 months. This place has gone from ok to terrible. Management is the number one reason why.
Why look elsewhere – here you go:
1. If you report violations enacted by management & staff you are censored and treated like human waste. No accountability here. Management IS the reason this place is terrible. Super nice when you are looking to rent – but after – just wait tell you hear tenants screaming at the elevator cursing the complex, cursing their property being stolen, ...
and management is around the corner in their offices laughing as you are stuck in a contract.
2. Theft of packages, daily.
3. Theft of bicycles in secure garage.
4. Cars broken into.
5. Car batteries stolen.
6. Fires set by homeless in the garage.
7. Animal AND human waste everywhere.
8. Laundry rooms - dirty & always broken.
9. Nothing happens when you report the bad conditions
10. If you file a complaint – you are censored
11. Staff live on-site and look the other way when tenants need help, like lock outs. You have to call a locksmith and spend $$$. It’s pretty frustrating for tenants.
12. Instead of fixing broken walls - they paint over it!
13. Tons of homeless - everywhere yelling and cursing.
**There are no recent posts about the true conditions in the last year... got to wonder why?
Simple. Don't move here. I personally CANNOT wait to move. BEST... DAY... EVER.

There have been several occasions where we’ve had homeless break ins. The elevators are faulty, and you walk outside to homeless men digging in the trash. I think it’s their new management. All the nice people that actually helped out are gone.

Unfortunately, there is no zero star otherwise I'd give them zero.
This building has BED BUGS and it's a very dirty building. I reported to them that we have bed bugs in our apartment, they first didn't believe me so I had to talk with them multiple times and eventually I had to put some of the bugs in a ziplock to prove them that we have bugs.
Long story short, one day at 8:00 AM without any prior notice they came to our apartment to do the heat treatment (basically they increase the ...
temperature of your place to 150 F for 6-8 hours to kill all the beg bugs). This is the fun part, after the treatment, I realized my laptop LCD, our wall clock and the flooring were melted. Believe it or not, after sharing the damages with the manager, Brian Burnett, he said: "the treatment does not cause this sort of damage"!!!!

- The management has zero control over the number tenants so you might see 10 people living in a two-bedroom apartment.

I'm very sorry to hear how frustrated you've been with this process at Tower 737. We've truly been trying our best to help you deal with the pest issue you've had in your unit. It is the only such issue at our property and it sounds like the heat treatment did it's job. I've contacted the pest company again on your behalf to try and bridge the gap between the two of you and hope some compromise can be made in terms of the damages we submitted to them. I can also help with submitting a claim to your renter's insurance company. I know it's a drag and can be a major time suck, but anything we can do to help, we will do. Lived here for 4 months prior to moving for work. Great price for the mid-luxury feel. Lots of amenity options for a small piece of land in the heart of the city. Enough privacy to be comfortable, enough social aspect to be located in a very busy neighborhood with local restaurants and dive bars. Felt safe walking around as there are always people out on the streets. Controlled access to the building. Community wifi. Coffee lounge. Media room. Rooftop terrace. Courtyard BBQ.
