April 28, 2024I love the area. It's close to everything. I love our apartment although the second bedroom is very small. The staff is very nice. They fix things right away. My upstairs neighbor is so noisy .... all day and all night. They never stop. The hallways stink and so do the elevators. Weed, Cigarette smoke and dirty dog smell. Exercise equipment barely works. Everything is outdated. I found out that they raise the rent yearly. So we will be forced to move because we wont be able to afford to ...stay. It's upsetting. I had no plans of moving again. Outstanding Staff and Beautiful apartment
April 3, 2024When I applied for an apartment I was approved in hours it was amazing the staff was very friendly and when I got the keys to my apartment they did a walk-through and a couple of things they needed to fix which wasn't much was fixed asap. the place is beautiful and I couldn't be happier in my new home. Old building
February 27, 2024I’m a currently a college senior renting here at TITP. My experience has been average thus far. My main complaints is that the building itself is old, so there is no built in air conditioning. They have small window-wall units, mine breaking down every other month. The hallways smell like weed, vomit, or dogs constantly. The units are pretty spacious, but could use some updates. Squeaky cabinets, old bathtubs that need replaced, and mold in the shower tiles. This place is not noise canceling, ...even with the windows closed I still hear everything outside. The staff and managers have been friendly thus far. Short term renting? Maybe. Professional staff and great location
October 7, 2020I’m a prospective renter who was interested in the property. I filled out the application online and even turned in the application fee. The staff was very hospitable and super helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns. The Apartments I wanted was already ready for move in for November 30th! I was impressed! The transition would have been perfect. The location is awesome and the fact that it’s in metroparks was a huge plus. I did see a lot of negative reviews on here but I have lived ...in a lot of Zeremba management properties in the past and therefore I know that their properties are well kept and staff is professional and on point. However, my living situation had changed and I withdrew my application. I was saddened by that fact but I wanted to give them a positive review and shout out to the staff! It takes a village.......
September 6, 2015Tower in the Park is as close to a neighborhood community as you can get in one building. It is a large complex of around 320 apartments, plus a pool, workout room, community room, picnic pavilion, playground, garages and manicured grounds. The tenants are a diverse group of peoples and ages. The staff is conscientious, some of whom live here, and are on call 24/7. There is a monthly calendar of events for tenants such as movies for both kids and adults, craft, book, and senior clubs, bingo, ...monthly $5 dinners and pizza, and other events. Management throws a few parties during the year that include dinner and music. One can socialize or choose to remain private. It's highly walkable to grocery, banks, restaurants, churches, Metro Parks, and other stores. Berea provides senior transportation and Southwest Hospital is under 2 miles away. It's ok
August 18, 2015It's an ok place to rent. They have community events like game night, movies for kids, and special holiday events. The rent is 675 dollars a month for a one bedroom though, which is almost as much as Victoria Place in North Olmsted.
