Unprofessional Leasing and Management Conduct and Ongoing Habitability Issues
February 11, 2026Living in this building has been an ongoing source of stress due to persistent habitability issues and unprofessional conduct from management staff. Cigarette smoke and strong cooking fumes regularly enter my apartment through vents and shared spaces. The building itself is aging and poorly insulated, with frequent elevator issues and significant noise transfer between units — it often sounds like a waterfall when neighbors use water, and everyday footsteps are clearly audible. Another major ...concern is the conduct of the leasing agent, Cynthia. My interactions with her as a current resident have felt dismissive and unprofessional, and my concerns were brushed off multiple times. She frequently speaks in an excessively loud tone in common areas such as the lobby and elevator, creating an uncomfortable and disruptive environment. Concerns raised by residents are discussed in a manner that comes across as gossip rather than professional problem-solving. During the holiday period, while a prospective tenant was touring the building, Cynthia openly discussed and mocked a negative review that had raised legitimate habitability concerns. As the author of that review, I found this behavior inappropriate and deeply unprofessional. No resident should feel publicly dismissed or ridiculed for raising legitimate concerns about their living conditions. More broadly, the culture under current management has felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Ongoing issues related to smoke infiltration, odors, and maintenance have not been effectively resolved. Amenities have also been reduced over time — for example, previously available conference space with bridge views was removed without clear communication. Taken together, these factors create an environment that does not reflect the standards one would expect at this price point. Given these ongoing issues and the management conduct described above, I would not recommend this building.Property Manager Responded

Frustrating waste of time and money.
February 3, 2026If you value your time and don't enjoy being locked out of your apartment, find a different place to live. I lived here from Oct'25 to Jan'26 and had all sorts of problems: I was locked out of my unit twice within 5 weeks late at night. The first time, two months after moving in, the battery on the door lock died, and I was stuck out of the apartment after midnight for about an hour until maintenance came. The second time, 6 weeks later, the door lock failed and maintenance had to replace the ...whole thing. Fun stuff when I was flying out of town early the next day... Garage access - the keycard system for the garage was not explained well and the system doesn't seem very robust. I found myself stuck at the gate multiple times both ingressing and egressing the garage calling attendants and waiting for them to come and open the gate while cars queued up behind me. Real fun. Time: it took about 5.5-6min each time going from the street to my apartment and vice versa. This adds up. Speed bumps - in the first level parking garage you need to drive thru to get to the resident garage on p2, you need to drive over 4 of these on the way in and 3 on the way out. These speed bumps are huge and steep. If I didn't crawl over them diagonally, I'd slam the bottom of my (not lowered) car on the speed bumps. Elevators- from Dec 18 to Jan 6, one of the two elevators in my tower was down, which made getting into and out of the apartment even slower. If you have a dog, the closest grass patch is a couple blocks away, and across embarcadero. It took me ~20min round trip each time to take the dog out. This added up. They try to use an app to manage the property and communicate with residents. Read the privacy policy closely. If you don't agree to the privacy policy and choose not to use the app, everything is more difficult. Customer service is dead. I regret trying to live here and hope this review helps inform other people who are on the fence about living here make the right decision.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2025I just moved into The Towers at Rincon, and I have to shout out Erenia from the leasing team. She is seriously the sweetest and most helpful person ever! She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, always answering my questions with a smile and making sure I felt taken care of. You can really tell she cares about people and loves what she does. The community itself is amazing. Super clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location. It’s right by the Embarcadero, so you can literally walk to ...the water, restaurants, and shops in just minutes. Everything about this place feels calm and high-end but still cozy and welcoming. If you’re thinking about moving to SF, definitely check out The Towers at Rincon and ask for Erenia, she’ll make sure you find your dream apartment!Property Manager Responded

June 18, 2025Staff turnover is high. Generally nice but not friendly. Overall I feel safe in the building even though visitors tailgate constantly. Fancy Coffee machines for residents produce disgusting watery coffee. Has occurred for over a year. They need a professional audit by the manufacturer. Limited noise from residents but neighborhood is very noisy.Property Manager Responded
