Roach infested
April 11, 2024My main problem is that the west building is infested with roaches, and you can't get rid of them with any amount of cleaning, and they only do minimal pest control. Not worth it to life here, if you can please find anywhere else to live.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2024My apartment was cute and had a great view. Maintenance requests were responded to promptly. However, the price for a studio was outrageous. I had roach problems from the time I moved in to the time I moved out, and they charged me for it when I moved out, even though it had been an ongoing issue.
