I only lived here for literally only 7 months. My apartments had flooding problems 4 times. I begged them to change my apartment number. My house ends up getting molded!!! I have a One year old. And her room has MOLDED walls anmd it took them anlmost a month to fix it. Even after they “ fixed” the mold ( painted over it) my apartment still smelled like a sewage. The mold got sooooo bad that some of my daughter’s clothing started molding up in her room. I usually don’t write bad reviews but today ...

is my 5th leakage and I’m TIRED and FED UP!!!!

Worst place I've ever lived

One positive is that the apartments are very spacious but from the outside they just look dreary and dark. The don't even pressure was the buildings and there are no sidewalks to walk on. I never see anyone use the pool. They want to complain blabout people blinds buy they don't look at the fact that there are more serious issues, such as people having mold in their apartments. I also see Sanford Police driving throughalot. My advice is to save your money and spend someplace that's actually ...

worth the money. You want to be comfotable in your home, your home is your castle!!!

The apartments could really use some work. They are recently under new management. It took about 6 months to get a working dishwasher and a fully working stove, but most of that was under the old management. I got both within 2 months of new management. The neighborhood isn't the worst but it also isn't the greatest. We have some really good neighbors. Loud music and bass come through every night after 10:00pm. Someone fired gunshots back in January. Police are always here. Within a month of ...

moving here, the fire department was called to our building twice. There is no playground. It got burned down well over a year ago. The pool is always closed. There are no amenities. Pest control was stopped under new management. Supposedly we pay for it in our rent but they haven't come through in about six months. If we had the money to move, we would not be here.
