I actually lived here for 3 years, and there is good and bad with this place. The buildings itself really are outdated and small, however for the price it is hard to find that value. Neighborhood is very quite, and only had one situation where gun shots where fired in the parking lot (no fault of the place, just thugs finding a parking lot). Maintenance was give and take at times, but over all satisfactory. I feel a huge problem is the attitude of the lady in the front office. I believe
...strongly she has the best intents however her bitterness and unprofessional attitude needs adjustment. As most apartments they are a stepping stone towards a house which is much cheaper. This lady actually told others when we tried to move out that we pay late, and not to rent/sell to us. Each time my wife and I caller her she would be rude and treat us like trash. Keep in mind we lived there for 3 years, and I admit my rent might not of been on the 1st but it was taken care of the first week of that month. Give and take, she worked with us yet very nasty in the process. Needless to say, we moved on to a bigger and better place that fits our family. I would recommend Town and Country as a stepping stone to live. My only last comment would be to have them have regular exterminators treat the buildings as this is a first floor apartment and that is what most places do and how to take care of their property.
