Clean, functional apartments, great building staff
March 23, 2025I have lived here for 3-years and have been very happy with my experience. The apartment is clean, bright, and recently renovated including new appliances. This is a great location in the city, walkable to everything downtown. Our building manager and maintenance team do an excellent job taking care of the building and are friendly and responsive. Shared facilities, including the laundry room, are respected by the tenants and well-maintained.Review from Apartments.com

Cockroaches are bad here
April 16, 2024It's great spot, but the cockroaches are a real problem and I am convinced the exterminators don't really spray. The laundry room is always littered with cockroaches. It's unfortunate.Review from Apartments.com
