Friendly Community Atmosphere
May 23, 2024My mom lived at Towne Pointe Apartment Homes for over 25 years until she became medically unable to continue to live alone in 2023 at the age 98 and moved in with me. She said it was the most beautiful and well kept property in Conyers and she was so happy living there. As her daughter I was never concerned with her safety or welfare due to the prompt responses and support of the office and maintenance staff, as well as the safety features—good night lighting, alarm system and security cameras. ...The office staff created a sense of family including community yard sales, holiday celebrations and newsletters, as well as providing in-house assistance with some governmental programs. The apartment was kept updated and maintained regularly—including pest control! I would highly recommend this facility.
