Horrible management
July 13, 2020Grounds and apartments are nice. Grounds are always kept up. The on site manager is another story. She’s mean and doesn’t know how to talk to like an adult. Instead of having a civil conversation, She will yell at you or just write up reports and give you notes or new rules everyday and likes to spy on you. She is not a pleasant person to work with or interact with. She also likes to ignore your phone calls when you’ve called her out. Peak property does nothing about her unprofessional acts. Horrible new management
July 7, 2019Peak Property Management has come in and taken over a nice family own community. The flag was taken down and many changes have been made to the place....not for the good. They should update the apartments that haven't been updated since the place first open in the 90's. Horrible people, horrible manager on-site....I moved out because of it. Don't rent here if you want a nice laid back place. Here,theres a letter plastered to your door every other day giving you new rules of things you can't do.Review from Apartments.com
