    Decent Property, Bad Management

    When you try to schedule a tour, its all with AI chatbots. You can’t reach the office to save your life, took over 2 months of emailing, leaving voicemails and texting during their office hours to finally get someone to pick up. I hate AI and don’t trust it and rightfully so because this is the second apartment I’ve scheduled a tour with their AI just to show up to a locked building. Finally got in contact with their office who were very kind and even gave me a $100 gift card for wasting my time ...
    and gas. My mistake was trusting that it’d go any different when I rescheduled another tour for today. Showed up to a locked building and no leasing agent yet again, finally was able to find the property owner who informed me there’s no units available for rent in the first place.
