Renters Reviews and Ratings
Management Is Useless
March 25, 2025We have lived here for nearly 2 years now and we have watched this place go from being an awesome place to live to absolute trash. This is 100% due to the revolving door of managers, including the newest one here today. They refuse to enforce any of the rules here, so the place is getting trashed. Be warned that most of the 5 star reviews are from a previous manager that was recruiting folks to leave a good review for her! Look at the dates, most of them are within the same timeframe. If you ...don't mind constantly being blocked from getting in or out of your garage (and needing to call a friend or an Uber for a ride to an appointment), dog poop everywhere (including all the grass areas, dog park area, and the dog wash area), being forced to pay for trash valet (that they claim was to help clean up the trash all over the property but has done nothing at all to address that), the pool gate being locked 100% of the time all summer long, the door from the pool to the bathroom being locked 100% of the time, then this place might be for you.Property Manager Responded
