Maintenance does not fix things in a timely manner, mice problems, ever since they switched landlords i have had nothing but problems,& there are no dishwashers like it lists in the description. I am preparing to move from here

Unsupervised kids everywhere , dogs tied to lamp posts,no maintenance, no one in the office very often when needing to address problems or work orders, appliances in apartment doesn't work. Cars fly in and out of complex, dirt bikes and 4 wheelers ride threw out -by tenants,

Apartments here are really nice. They have remodeled them and provide a window ac. Maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. Nicole the office manager here makes sure things get done right. She has done a lot to clean this place up.

I've lived here for almost 2 years. The management team are great people. Friendly, accommodating yet professional. They make you feel at home and part of the community. Nicole is always quick to address any needs or requests I have and with a congeniel attitude and she is happy to help. Same with Maintenance Team. Maintenance requests are met with a quick turnaround, sometimes the same day, they're friendly and helpful and always do a quality job.

This place has been cleaned up so much since I first moved in, I love how much better it is to live here. I love the new property people and how they act when there are problems ,they take care of what needs to be taken care of and helps me it feel safer . 100 to the people that care and take care of this place .

This doesn't have air conditioning nor balconies or dishwashers or even a playground. What they consider a playground is a concrete slab. The townhouses are falling apart and the maintenance takes there sweet time to fix anything all they do all day is sit in their van smoking weed and cigarettes!
