Great for the Whole Family!

This is our second time living in a Fath community, and we are just as happy here as at the other one (Deer Hill, Cincinnati). Management is not only helpful but also visible. We see her walking the property frequently. The laundry facilities are very clean, and the shared spaces are all well maintained. The property is SO pet friendly, with a large dog park and many many potty stations. We enjoy the walking paths and vast green spaces. We have children and many of our neighbors have dogs. ...
There's a small amount of noise, but I'm extremely happy with the overall quietness of the community and the units. Convenience and area can't be beat. We love where we live!

Trails of Saddlebrook - A nice place to live

We love The Trails of Saddlebrook. My wife, my son and I originally moved into a 3 bedroom unit 7 years ago because we needed the extra room for an office, we then downgraded to a 2 bedroom because we thought we didn't need the office anymore and moved back to a 3 bedroom unit just recently because we need the extra room. Tammy, the manager, and the rest of the staff, including the maintenance people are great. They are always available during business hours. There is also a responsive 24-hour ...
emergency maintenance line for emergencies after hours. We've been in this complex for seven years. The grounds are well kept. The lawns are green and mowed regularly. There are no broken sidewalks or driveways. There are doggy pickup stations located throughout the complex for everybody's convenience. Let's face it, you are responsible to pick up after your dog and dispose of it properly. Animals are leashed and well controlled. There is also a dog park for your pet to just run and play and a walking trail. There is a car wash area and detached garages that we have rented from time to time, they sure are handy. You are always welcome in the clubhouse during business hours. It also houses laundry facilities and a nicely equipped 24 hour fitness center. We've even rented the clubhouse for an event which was great. Our apartment is such a nice place to relax. There are double sliding windows in each room with faux wood blinds allowing ample light and a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a pantry plenty of counter and cabinet space and an ice maker in the refrigerator. There are washer/dryer hookups in the laundry room. I was really impressed, as in most apartments, one end of the apartment is so much colder than the other, it's not here the temperature was even throughout.

The Manager Tammy is GREAT! if you have problems just call her and the issue will be fixed. I would recommend this complex to my friends or people look for a nicely kept quite place to live. Even with children and teens in the complex it is still well maintained and quite.

I have been living at the Trails of Saddlebrook apartments for about a year now. I've had a few necessary fixes in the apartment (nothing major, mostly cosmetic/worn out) things that come from so many people enjoying these apartments for so long. The biggest reason why those minor fixes, which caused minor inconveniences, we're not of any concern is due to the great attention of the staff and maintenance group. Everyone has been so respectful, so friendly, and so helpful. This is definitely a ...
quiet, safe area to enjoy the home you're working so hard to pay for. Neighbors are quite friendly too! This apartment complex takes pride in the community it has created and does what it can to foster and protect that. The rules here are more than reasonable and the games and events planned are more than fun! I would absolutely recommend this complex.

Extremely well cared for property. Beautiful pool and amenities-work out facility, dog park, sand volleyball etc. Windows on BOTH sides of apartments that make it feel more like home! All have at least on balcony or patio and 2 and 3 bedroom units have. Assigned parking so no trolling to find a spot near your entrance. Quiet and very nice surroundings. Would highly recommend!

didn't rent but HIGH contender on my list

I only ended up touring this community and had it been closer to work, it would have won my business hands down. The office staff is so friendly and helpful and the community itself is quite and well maintained. The model I toured (2/2) was HUGE, bigger than almost every other community I looked at. The value for the money is definitely there.

We checked this apt. place out a couple weeks ago (we may be moving to Florence). They gave a small tour: at 1st appearance it was nice looking but... gave us our tour (unfriendly) & the downstairs area was extremely hot & houses the workout rm, bath rms.,tanning rm. & laundry rm.; duh, this area especially, should have the ac on full blast ! The model (located on the 2nd floor !?) didn't smell fresh & clean & the sidewalk leading up to it is unmanicured & a woman was letting her dog (#2) go ...

I am thankful for Saddlebrook,It is a really special place to live, very spacious with lots of lights, a fireplace for the winter, very big balcony, the location is great 5 minutes to Florence Mall, but the most important of all, it is very clean, well maintain and safe place to live I lived there for two years in 2 BR/2 BA, it is sad I am leaving because I got transferred to another location for job The management team are very nice and responsive to tenant concerns To the properties manger ...
