Do not move here
October 1, 2023Since moving here April 2023 I had 12 rats in my apartment. The leasing office and maintenance staff seem not to care because it's not a issue they have to deal with. If I would have known about the rats I wouldn't have moved my family here. Please do not rent here.Review from Apartments.com

September 28, 2022I wouldn't recommend these apartments to no one they are nasty unprofessional and rude. You can never get in contact with anyone and when you do they have a nasty attitude. They don't spray for bugs and roaches. It's trash all in the hall ways . It's just not a place you can call home or feel safe and comfortable at.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2021Maintenance takes there time, they advertise the pool and you cant get in . They act like they got dishwashers but they dont work and stank when you cut it on like it uses the water from the garbage disposal or something. My blinds didnt go to the bottom of my patio door and when it snowed in February some how it was coming in my living room thru the door. They have cameras and Dpd for security but my car was stolen twice and I never heard nothing after I made the police report.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Apts
March 17, 2020I moved in October 2019. My experience been horrible. My apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. My apartment was infested with rats upon moving in. They was coming from under my dish washer. Maintenance would come and act as if they was doing something but still rats was coming in. I'm 6 months into my lease and still have mice problems. I have traps set up and toss one or two every week or so. I'm pregnant with two other kids. I'm never comfortable to cook in my own kitchen. My sockets in ...the wall the mouse are coming from don't work because they are chewing the wires out. I hate it here and can't wait to leave. October 26, 2019I lived in theses apartments in they're horrible, They look good but once you move in lots of roaches,and the air always not working management doesn't do anything especially maintenance they are sorry.
