October 18, 2025My brother and I recently moved into Tranquil Gardens, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience has been thanks to Jaci, the Community Director. From the very first day we reached out, Jaci went above and beyond to help us through every step of the process. She was patient, professional, and genuinely kind — always quick to respond to emails, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and informed. What really stood out was how she treated us like valued residents ...before we even moved in. Jaci worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly, even coordinating with the Guarantor and ensuring all of our details were handled with care. She truly made us feel welcome and cared for during a stressful moving process. Her compassion and professionalism set the tone for how well this community is run.
