Apartment living

Beautiful apartments with a very nice view, but these apartments are built poorly. The walls aren't thin but the floors are. I live on the second floor on the very end and have a fire escape off of my unit, I hear everything I mean everything! Just a tip when you're looking for a place try to visit at the times when people are home so you can get a feel for the noise, I would've never moved in if I knew how bad it was.
