I moved to treciti village about one year ago, and I love the area. it is a very safe, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the best part is the woman who runs the place.I believe she is the manager and honestly, she is extremely kind and very professional.

I’ve been here a while and the new management did a LOT of updating. Don’t get me wrong it was super annoying for a while but now that it’s done I’m really happy with it. We switched units during the reno and our new fridge had a dent in the door, so I contacted the girl in the office because I didn’t want them to think we had done it. She was extremely kind and they literally replaced the door for me. The people running this place actually care about the renters and will go way beyond ...
expectations. My neighbors are pretty friendly and it’s mostly quiet around here which is surprising cause it’s really close to a lot of shopping and cafes and local stuff which is just awesome for people who are big on supporting local business. My only negative is that not all the apartments have a balcony or porch or whatever, but I’m most likely going to stay here a while longer.

I originally looked to move an apartment in south Toledo that was same price as treciti , my friend overheard my conversation and recommended this place. We moved in June and absolutely love it. Favorite thing to do is yoga across the street with friends at night time on Tuesday and then we walk for drinks and half off burger at Element 112.
