April 30, 2024I've been living here at treetop for 6 years now. I have lived in 3 different units over the years & I have been satisfied at all 3. There's many things I love about living here but the main 3 would have to be the vibes, the office staff & maintenance. This place has a true homey vibe that is extremely comfortable. The office staff have always been nothing less than AMAZING. They are extremely understanding, helpful & on top of everything. Amanda, Brittany & now Cindy are just the best. ...Maintenance never slacks when it comes to taking care of issues. They're always on it ASAP. A hidden gem in the heart of JoCo
June 15, 2022I didn’t know affordable apartments could offer the luxurious vibes before moving into Treetop. My experience from the go has always been one of envy amongst my friends when discussing living situations. Amanda, the property manager, has attentively answered every call, question, concern, and issue with speed I didn’t even realized existed in the service industry anymore. Brittany, the assistant property manager, always has the sweetest and kindest demeanor. She never passes up a chance to ...give a friendly hello if she sees you on the property and makes it a priority to know your name; to know her residents. Emil and Casey, the maintenance team, are always professional, courteous, transparent, and honest. They answer calls promptly and fix whatever issues might arise. And if they don’t know how, they find someone who does and will fix it right. The apartments are newly renovated and a blank canvas for you to make it your own. They are spacious with HUGE bedrooms and clean breezeways. There’s a fitness center and a giant pool that has a depth of 8 ft. I have never resigned a lease so fast in my life. Move here.
