About Tremont Apartments
Only a few years old, Tremont Apartments are spacious 1,2, & 3 bedrooms. Beautiful kitchens with granite counter tops, large islands, and cabinets to the ceiling. Bathrooms have raised under lit vanities and large linen cabinets. Each apartment home has in unit laundry and a private balcony. Large fitness center, community room, and beautiful paver patio with garden wall seating and a built-in grill. Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, Refuse, and Electricity. Residents are responsible for payment of optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in. Messy Management
June 19, 2024The location itself is nice, but double check everything from management and the company. I was first charged on move out for a "admin error". After resolving that, I received a check that didn't match the charges on the previous invoice and didn't include an updated invoice to explain the extra charge. This would be the only location I've lived where more than 50% of the deposit was not returned after cleaning fees.Review from Apartments.com
Great management and nice building
April 7, 2021Have lived here for almost a year and have met friendly other tenets and love my unit. For a studio there is plenty of space! Only a few run ins with a neighbor to no fault of my own. I highly recommend this building for someone wanting a quiet and nice building in the safe part of St. Cloud. Easy access to areas and affordable. Will be renewing my lease for another year!Review from Apartments.com
