About Tremont Flats

Tremont Flats is a newly restored, 82-unit mixed-income apartment community in Meriden’s historic North End. Once a piano factory, this unique building offers comfortable one- and two-bedroom homes with modern finishes, thoughtful amenities, and a connection to the city’s rich history. Applications will be distributed on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025. To request an application, please email us. Email is the preferred method.
