Due to all of our apartment homes currently being leased, we are no longer hosting in person property tours. Tremont Flats is a newly restored, 82-unit mixed-income apartment community in Meriden’s historic North End. Once a piano factory, this unique building offers comfortable one- and two-bedroom homes with modern finishes, thoughtful amenities, and a connection to the city’s rich history. Beautiful layout, but…

The apartment is beautiful but was built cheaply. You can kiss peace and quietness goodbye if you aren’t on the top floor. You can hear the apt above EVERY step and moves ALL day and if they walk too hard or may drop something, wooded particles fall from the ceiling. Also hear next door neighbors conversations clearly from beginning to end. And because the building is across from a trucking company don’t worry about sleeping in due to the trucks running early and if they hit the pothole outside ...

the whole apartment echoes from the bounce (if you’re on that side of the building). I guess I’m just too quiet of a person. Outside of that, the building is decorated beautifully and the exposed brick is a nice touch.
