March 8, 2021My spouse and I are relocating back to our native NY from Florida and we found Trevor Park Terrace so I left a voice mail than a woman, who I assumed was polite and efficient, texted me back quickly, to ask for my credit and income before anything else. I guess to see if it was worth her while to interact with me... She told me I wasn't qualified for an apartment that's less rent a month than the house I'm renting now!!!!.
