Horrible Communication
November 21, 2021I was quoted one price for an apartment (the same price from two different people), 4 weeks later I got a call stating that everything looked good and I just needed to turn in my notice to my current apartment complex. I specifically asked if that was the only thing holding me up. I wanted to make sure before turning in my 30-day notice. I expressed this to the lady l was speaking with, because I didn’t want to turn in the notice and then find I wouldn’t be approved and not have anywhere to live ...with my children. She states that I was approved because everything else had been verified. The next morning (after I had turned in my 30-day notice) I was told that my application was denied due to my income. I explained that I made enough for the rent amount I was told verbally and quoted in writing. Long story short, the lady tried to convince me that I was told a different amount. Where Do I Start...
January 21, 2021First off these apartments are REALLY old and it shows in everything!! Poor plumbing, cracks in walls, floors, and ceilings. Have to fight roaches, air quality is horrible due to disgusting air ducts, and parking is a joke. Those pictures must be of the model apartment because I've been in 4 different apartments and have NEVER seen black appliances and it looking so new, don't fall for it!!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t do it charge for your visitors parking
November 3, 2019New mangers ....that don’t get work orders done I’ve been waiting almost a month to get my ceiling fixed from when my upstairs neighbors had a leak... and every time you have a visitor each day per car they have to pay 4.33 to park so they won’t get towed which is 300.00 They just scamming and I’m ready to move ASAPReview from Apartments.com
