Well I like it
March 27, 2026I have lived at Trinity Apartments in Nanaimo, BC, Canada since 2018, and the reason I have remained at this residence is because of the peace, safety, stability, and overall sense of security that Trinity Apartments provides. The apartment building environment is pleasantly quiet, and the property is equipped with security cameras monitored by a security company, which adds an additional layer of reassurance. During my occupation here, I have not encountered any significant safety concerns. In ...terms of management, they have been professional, responsive, and reliable, which is clearly reflected in how quickly issues are addressed. For example, when my refrigerator stopped working, I reported the issue to Marisa, the Building Manager, and within approximately one hour she and her husband attended my suite personally to assess the situation and address any concerns. A brand new, quality refrigerator was installed within approximately two hours of the initial report. The apartment building is also supported by two on-site, part-time groundskeepers who are friendly and approachable, as are all Trinity Apartments employees, and they help ensure the property remains clean and well maintained. In my experience, the suites have been clean and free of pests such as cockroaches or other insects, which is an important factor in overall living quality. In terms of value, I find the rent to be fair relative to the current market, and operating costs are reasonable—my BC Hydro bill is typically around $45 per month even with regular cooking and use of modern electronic devices, and hot water is included, which is a bonus. If you have a vehicle, parking is available at approximately $15 per month, which I found to be very reasonable. During the winter months, snow removal is handled by the groundskeepers, including salting of walkways and stairs, and additional contractors are brought in during heavier snowfalls to ensure safe access throughout the property. The apartment building also has clean and well-maintained on-site laundry facilities, with $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry, and one dry cycle is generally sufficient, unlike many other rental units I have encountered. Based on my experience, I would recommend Trinity Apartments to prospective renters who are looking for a stable, secure, and respectful place to live that remains competitive in today’s rental market.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
