The environment is always dirty, people.dont pick up after their pets or children. Every month your rent will be different because of all the fees. Battling roaches will become a full time job. Un housed individuals hang out in the laundry room which wouldn't be terrible if some of them.were not actually using drugs. There are nicer places on the NorthEast for that price.

I love the apartment complex and the lady's that work in the office are so very nice and patient and always try to keep the tenants please and the maintenance men are so very nice and friendly and the complex, playground,and laundry room is always clean and I love the bright light they have outside and the security guards that walk around the complex at night to make sure everything is safe and the tenants are so nice and friendly and this is a very quiet neighborhood

New management is absolutely ridiculous. Have barely owned the place and have already started raising the rent while this place is STILL a dumb. My cable cord was cut before I even moved in, fought with old management about having to pay for cable without even being able to have cable due to the cord being cut and then refusing to fix it. They’ve now raised the rent AND the cable fee for something I don’t have and can’t even use if I did have a cable box. Not to mention someone who lived here had ...
pet snakes, they left and left the snaked behind, now there are snakes everywhere without anyone doing anything. Ovens don’t work and half the time the AC is blowing hot air, all the AC units for each apartment are different like they just went out and bought random ones. Classic landlord apartments, EVERYTHING is painted over, you can’t shut your bedroom nor bathroom doors due to multiple thick layers of paint. Had a dripping sink in the bathroom and you know how they fixed it? They super glued it. They DO NOT do any extra cleaning when someone moves out and I’m basing that on the fact that my bathtub had LAYERS of white paint with peoples hair painting over. Pest control rarely ever comes, management and staff is just rude, old management and new management, no difference at all. Raising the rent is not worth what these apartments are.

This property is by far the worst place I ever had to do business with. Their customer service is poor, their treatment towards their tenants are poor, the apartment it’s self is ran down and just very badly token care of, whenever you run into an issue with the apartment (Which you will) you either call the 24/7 maintenance and they never answer your call. So you call the office and they act like you’re bothering them. In my opinion if they don’t like their job that much to where they feel like ...
