Good price, good location..just need a bit of patience.
October 3, 2015I have been here for 5 years and lived in 3 different apartments, so i can honestly say For the price and the location this building is amazing. I have researched studio and one bedroom apartments in the area and this is by far the most cost effective and having everything included in the rent (ALL utilities, cable/internet and landline phone) you can't beat the price. It's in a nice area right across the street from the Truckee River and the park. Wingfield is right down the street. Within ...walking distance to downtown and events located there, it truly is a great place to live . Staff is good, maintenance is on anything that needs to be fixed right away and there is onsite security 24/7. Only problems here is that you cannot have your own internet provider (must use their community Wifi which is slow) and you cannot have your own cable provider. Currently we have Direct TV which is good..but if you're hooked up with charter for phone/internet etc. you won't get that here and AT&T is only wired on some units. Another downer right now is that we have 5 floors, and our elevators are out except from 7am -7pm which they have a manual operator there. For some reason they can't seem to get them fixed.
