I was a home owner for 23 years and had to sell because I was not able to take care of maitence because I'm disabled ! I sold my home last may of 2024 and was looking for apartments and let me tell u it was a nightmare until I came to Truman FARM VILLAS IN GRANDVIEW MO ! THANK YOU KARLA FOR TAKING CARE OF US OLD PEOPLE HERE - LOVE MY APARTMENT AND KARLA AND The Maintenance guys !! Karla will take care of problems that has been addressed ! She is good at her job !!! I have had the pleasure of on site rental agents that were both professional and thoroughly informative. They are friendly and inviting at all times I have been on the property. I also noted they are friendly with their renters and introduce you to them when you are in the clubhouse area. The renters seem to be comfortable to approach them with request or concerns.
