Management sucks

My experience here has been horrible and the management is just the worst. When it was time for us to renew our lease back in September, despite many calls, text messages and emails they did not get a new lease to us until the day that our current lease was expiring, and then they raised the rate by nearly $200 without telling me first, then they told us that we had to sign the lease immediately or pay a bunch of money to get out of the lease even though we weren’t informed about the new rates. I ...
should also add that I can see how much the larger units are going for now and they are renting them out cheaper than the rate they raised my smaller unit to because they can’t get people to fill the spots. Today someone knocked on our front door and windows and very angrily and told us that we hadn’t been paying our rent and they were going to try and evict us. I most definitely have been paying my rent and I sent them an email and text messages showing my receipts. They claimed they’ve been sending us emails (they haven’t). I also never get responses from management when I’ve had issues in the past. I’ve just had the worst experience with the management here and I don’t think it’s worth the stress and pain. Don’t rent here.
