Renters Reviews and Ratings
Wish I saw previous reviews…
November 23, 2024Wish I saw previous reviews before moving in. The mice issue is ridiculous. We keep the apartment very clean too but it does matter because the numerous holes/entry ways under the sink. This is crazy.Review from Apartments.com
Mice and cockroaches
March 26, 2022You will be sharing your home with numerous cockroaches and mice. You will never sleep peacefully as these mice keep visiting you even in the bedroom and closets. No number of complaints/requests/emails adequate to convince the management to resolve it.. there are holes behind kitchen cabinets. You will be told If you close these holes, mice will make another hole next to it. SoThe only reply you will get is keep the kitchen clean and don't store any food!Review from Apartments.com
WORST APT EVER
March 24, 2020This is literally the worst apartment I've ever lived! Reasons are as below (really hope there can be more characters...) 1. Noise. The floors and walls are super thin and you can here ever movement from your neighbor (let alone your roommates). 2. Mice and pests. You can expect to see mice more than three times a day and pests everywhere. No one will come to deal with it even if they always say they will come to help. 3. Poor management. The only dryer in my building has been broken for months ...and keeping stealing residents' money, but no one comes to fix it. And previous in-building garbage can is now removed and you have to walk 10 mins to throw your daily trash. There are way more cons that I can't list here. Never consider living here unless you're really on a urgent burget.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
