shower would never get hot only slightly warm. The parking situation was awful if you have more than 1 car. You need to park on the street in a small 100 yard space which fills up around 1 PM. If you left your car there the police would come after a few days to give you a warning that it can't be parked there and if you parked outside of the "valid" parking spaces they would issue tickets. There were always cars with young men racing down the street in a dangerous manner that would come and go from the Mercedes dealership which created a dangerous situation when you were trying to cross the street to go into the complex. To arrive here you need to take a 2 way street with dangerous blind turns.

find that. This apartment complex is located right off of the 10 and Azusa in West Covina. The surrounding area is a pretty quiet suburb area with plenty of parks, schools, malls, restaurants, and families. There is very little crime in this area and I have truly never felt unsafe being in the complex or city alone. The complex has a gate for added safety that you need a remote to enter or leave with, in which they provide. Everyone in the apartments seem to keep to themselves, or have been quite friendly. When we moved in our neighbor actually offered to help. The community is very well-kept, and they take care of the landscaping very well. The one issue I would keep in mind is that management does seem to love their towing services. There are times when they will give little or insufficient notice that the parking lot will be unavailable during certain hours- an incredible inconvenience for people with jobs or those who travel. You pay monthly for a parking pass in their apartments so to me, this is unacceptable. The apartments alone are very beautiful. Most of them have been recently remodeled, which includes laminate wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. I love my apartment and have had few maintenance problems- although that is to be expected. The management is why I do not give this complex more stars. I like to see the positive in things so I will start with that Lety- the manager- is a very funny and friendly lady. We received a moving in gift from her which is a gesture that I find amazing. After that, effort declined. Every time I call the office I get their voicemail, which is annoying, but you can usually find them in the office. As I said before their use of towing is a bit ridiculous and a hardship to many people so that is another addition to their downfall. All in all this is a great place for a single person or couple to live. I would recommend Tuscany Villas to others.

is one exit down and there are several plazas around. It's city life, but not busy or congested city life when you enter or leave the complex.
