Roaches Infested / Parking is Nightmare

Lived here for two years. The complex was full of roaches, they would come out of the sink, be in the cupboards, on the counter tops, even on the walls. The complex is very old and resembles a motel style of building. The unit I moved in had terrible paint work on the trims and doors. The apartment always had this strange odor from the first day I moved in. shower would never get hot only slightly warm. The parking situation was awful if you have more than 1 car. You need to park on the street in a small 100 yard space which fills up around 1 PM. If you left your car there the police would come after a few days to give you a warning that it can't be parked there and if you parked outside of the "valid" parking spaces they would issue tickets. There were always cars with young men racing down the street in a dangerous manner that would come and go from the Mercedes dealership which created a dangerous situation when you were trying to cross the street to go into the complex. To arrive here you need to take a 2 way street with dangerous blind turns.
