Bad management, worse utilites
August 5, 2024The 2015 apartments, have had water shut off all day with no notice until after the water had been shut off. This was not an emergency, but something planned with a vendor for a preemptive repair. The office manager admitted the staff messed. This is not the first such issue at this complex. It has had consistent issues with water being shut off with no notice. As well as “vendors” entering my unit with no notice. There are many such stories in this complex, RPM the management company has never ...once made an issue right.Property Manager Responded

Utilities of the property
June 24, 2018Horrible!! Lived here since March and have experienced TWO different times where the electricity was out for more than 8 hours starting around lunch both times. I have emailed requesting no entrance upon residence without calling first, which means, unless it’s an emergency the management can not enter, EVEN for work orders I place without calling first. They don’t respect my request IN WRITING THROUGH EMAIL, which is equivalent to certified mail. Now, the plumbing lines cracked in the parking ...lot YESTERDAY at 2ish and we still have no water, not to mention, not one person is working on the issue at this moment. Thank you for not caring!!!! Most importantly, not one time has Roscoe Properties tried to compensate for the loss off goods or time during these issues.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2018GREAT EXPERIENCE! It wasn't a question that we re-signed our lease. We love the pool, work-out center and our cozy apartment! We can't say enough about Taylor in the office. Since Day 1 she made us feel at home and is always there to help! She never makes us feel like we are a bother and she always goes above & beyond to make sure we have what we need. The rest of the staff is nice as well, Taylor just truly has went above & beyond for us numerous times. If you are looking to stay in N. Austin - ...this is the place to be! Close to the Domain, I-35 & Mopac! Everything you need is near by, plus the summer time is the BEST with the pool and open flame grills!Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2017I have lived here for two years and have enjoyed my entire time here. I transferred into a bigger apartment recently and the office staff was so helpful and made my switch so smooth. December 18, 2017Twenty 15 met my unusual apartment needs on short notice. I needed a place that would let me store my boat on site and they were able to accommodate my request. Taylor was especially helpful in the whole application process, she was able to answer my questions and was/is friendly throughout. This was my first apartment experience and Taylor was able to walk me through the entire deal. It would be nice if they had more events in the community though.
