Worst building. Unprofessional staff!

This place is Horrible! Maintenance is a complete joke, because there is no maintenance! This building is supposed to be a luxurious building and it is far from that. It is extremely unkept. No one cleans anything! When compared to other luxury buildings this one is a complete joke!! It’s not like living here is a privilege its other buildings in the area with more and a professional staff. Nothing has been done since the ownership has change besides the building being trash! This building no ...
longer has the rules it once had. You would think the cost of living here wouldn’t be what it is . Not worth the headache or the unprofessionalism! Don’t even waste your time go somewhere with a complete maintenance team that’s actually doing their job and a more professional property manager and staff. Living here is misery.

It was a total horrible experience overall. The Staff is insensitive to the issues so is there customer service. All we expect is some empathy and compassion to the issues we are facing as residents due to your poorly managed units. My horrible experience with the Staff helped me to make my mind. *

I have been calling and leaving voicemails and have not received a call back. They have not even answered the phone once. Very unreliable. Left my number and name on multiple occasions but never receive a call back. When I call it always goes to the automated voice.
