I have lived here since 2008. I have enjoyed it and it is my favorite place to be. I feel very safe here. The buildings are kept very clean and the residences are quiet. I personally feel this is where I intend to stay. The area is wonderful with shopping close in all directions. I have enjoyed my home. The building is kept very clean

I move in on Saturday but have already had a great experience. The process to sign the lease was smooth and I was provided with a lot of great information. I was able to set up a time to receive my keys on my actual move in day even though I was not able to move in on that exact day. I was provided with a walk through and I am very happy with my unit and the community in general. Cannot wait for move in on Saturday to really experience life in my community!

Lived here for two years and its been pretty solid. Everytime we've had a maintenance issue they've gotten to it pretty quick. Pool got fixed this year.

The Tylia staff are really friendly and quick to respond. The apartment building is generally clean and the staff do a great job with cleaning the laundry rooms. I’m providing 4 stars, rather than 5, because our heat has gone out MANY times in our two years living here. There also isn’t much for outdoor amenities. The pool was broken last summer and there’s no playground or court for kids to play. There are certainly better apartments for lower prices.

Clean quiet spacious! Only thing I wasnt expecting was no microwave ! Totally didn't even realize it was missing. But closet space is nice and building is quiet.

We love living at the Tylia. The office personnel are always very helpful and friendly. We have not needed many things fixed but every time the things we requested were done almost immediately. The building and grounds are kept very clean. We could not be happier living here and plan on being here for many years to come. We also love the decorating contests over the holidays!

I like living here. The staff is great. The maintenance is good about getting to you in a timely manner. Very nice people. They have community events for the residents. Great overall.

Honestly a great experience, only gripe I have is that while living here the pool was never accessible as it was constantly under construction

Lauren and the rest of the staff are awesome!!! They are super attentive personable and addressed any questions or concerns. Move in was pretty seamless. Been super great so far!
