Corresponded with this apartment complex for 2 weeks and just as I was about to ask for an application to apply for a unit, the apartment complex went back on their word that all utilities would be included in the rent. Instead they informed me utilities are an extra $200 a month, in addition to the rent. When in fact, their own website clearly states utilities are included, and also their own email correspondences noted that as well. Complete bait and switch that wasted me 2 weeks of apartment ...
