The location of the apartment is great. Sometimes it is clear the building and everything was built as cheap as possible. Overall great though

August 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.com
Overall, the apartments are nice, and the staff is very helpful. I haven't had any noise issues either. However, I had a serious maintenance issue right away, and it took time to resolve. You also don't get your advertised promotional benefits for signing at move-in as promised. It took a couple of weeks, with no clear communication in advance. There were a lot of issues with presumably city utilities within the first week as well, where we lost water or power more than once with no idea of when ...
it would come back. This might not be the building's fault, but their communication wasn't great, so maybe there needs to be better communication with the city. It's very inconvenient to lose electricity or water in the morning when you're trying to prepare for class or work. Additionally, the office has limited hours, so you can't even get in contact with them. But I've still had a good experience living here and don't regret it. I just expect much better for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you have otherwise had a positive experience living here, that our team has been helpful, and that you have not experienced any ongoing noise concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration surrounding your initial maintenance request. Our maintenance team prioritizes requests based on urgency, and in some cases, repairs can take additional time when a specific part needs to be ordered. We understand how frustrating that can be, particularly when it occurs shortly after move-in, and we appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved. Regarding the promotional incentive, the offer was advertised as an August promotion and was issued during the month of August. It was not advertised as an incentive that would be provided specifically on the day of move-in. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the timing. We also understand how disruptive unexpected water or power outages can be. ...
Power outages in the community are managed by Xcel Energy, and unplanned outages are not always communicated to us in advance. When we are notified of an outage, our team does our best to communicate the information available to us, including updates from Xcel's outage map and estimated restoration times. Residents can also use Xcel's outage map to view current outages, report an outage, and access available restoration updates. While our office operates during standard business hours, we do have an after-hours maintenance process in place for emergencies. Residents are provided with instructions for contacting our maintenance on-call team outside of office hours, and we encourage residents to use that resource whenever an urgent maintenance issue arises after hours. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will continue looking for ways to improve how and when we share information with our residents. We are glad to hear that, despite these frustrations, you have ultimately had a good experience living here, and we appreciate having you as a resident. July 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.com
Yeah, I wouldn't live here again... the hallways are rundown, the units themselves are nice, which is a plus, but everything else besides the front office, study rooms, and community room needs a mega update. Staff is ok, not a big fan of most of them, but shout out to August, they are hands down the best and made my experience so much better. The office hours are very inconvenient. Also, they lost my credit card even though it was signed mail. The move-in process also needs to be redone bc was ...
very hectic. Overall, I've had people ask about living here, and I've said, Don't every time. The price we pay for the units you would think makes the complex nicer, but it isn't. Also, to mention, you are not paying utilities PER UNIT. It is the ENTIRE complex. That is the most idiotic thing ever. Why should I have to pay 90-100$ a month for someone who could be wasting so much energy? And with a roommate, we are paying $200 a month in units together. That's insane. Glad not living here again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your kind words about August. We're so glad they made a positive impact during your time with us, and we'll be sure to pass along your recognition. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of the community, the move-in process, office hours, and your overall experience. Comments like yours help us identify opportunities to improve. To clarify, electricity is individually metered and billed based on each apartment's actual usage. Other utilities are allocated by our third-party billing provider using a formula that considers factors such as apartment size and occupancy. While we understand this billing method may not be everyone's preference, we appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification. We wish you all the best in your next home and thank you for having been a part of our community. Best regards, Grace Cullins | ...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration and truly appreciate your feedback. Our team does our best to maintain consistent office hours, but there are times when the office may be temporarily closed while we are assisting other residents or conducting tours of the community.
