August 31, 2025Union 9 Seventy has been incredible so far! Communication is top-notch — every email and phone call I’ve made has been answered promptly, which is such a breath of fresh air compared to other places. Grace has been absolutely amazing to work with, and the entire front staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Although expensive, the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained despite somewhat dirty hallways, and I’m genuinely excited to live here this school year. August 17, 2025The apartment was not cleaned when we moved in and a lot of things are broken or in disrepair. The staff, however, are very kind and do their best to be helpful.Property Manager Responded
