It is a good place for living

November 16, 2017This place has everything I need including a private garage (although way overpriced), a dog park (that is finally not muddy and has everything I could want), it allows for certain grills, and this place has a decent base rent and deposit (which I hope to get back unlike most apartment complexes who nickel and dime everything despite leaving the place in better condition than when you got there). Downside is the lack of parking for friends who come over, but that's just Boulder.Review from Apartments.com
