Just do not care about residents

I am a student living here for my senior year, and they just do not care about the students that live here. I wanted to spend a llittle more and enjoy my time here. They'll give you knick knacks and think its all good, but there website has problems, they have been putting off fixing the wifi problem, and maintenence is just slow. It seems as if you care about the property more than them, and you have to pry for information.

This place is out of control lately, beginning from the bugs to all the way to the hallways covered in puke! ?? I thought I lived somewhere that actually had cleaners and more respect for their residents with the amount we pay for here! Sad to say I would not recommend living here another year to anyone….. get it together UEdge

Terrible location to live. I do not recommend.

Management has changed over 4 times in the past year. Poor staff. Staff cannot answer questions. Was unable to receive my security deposit back because management had lost my records. Parking issues. Poor lighting when walking home at night. Security is decent. Management likes to changes the rules and regulations often in order to get residents in trouble and make money.

Too expensive for nothing good

The only thing nice about this place is that the exterior is pretty. We’ve had Wi-Fi probably less than half the time this past week, the new management is now rude and unhelpful, and half the weekends come back to throw up, up and down the sidewalk. Those are just the new issues from this year. Parking has always been horrid, but this year it got worse as they took away the best 30 spots and parallel parking from us. Bugs are everywhere you step outside and so are their squished bodies. They ...
have been charging us UNWARNED fees for security and whatnot every month (these charges are not included in their rent, but rather hidden deep in their contract - where a price isn’t even listed). I can’t emphasize enough, if you are a student at MSU, have some respect for yourself and find another place to live, because this one is awful.
