Super amazing place to live, just wish the rooms were a bit bigger with the rent we pay. Gas and electricity should have a little higher allotted amount because my roommates and I always go over monthly but it’s amazing otherwise!

The apartment is nice, however had minor issues with holes in the walls and mold spots on the ground. The roommate selection was kind of disappointing. I wish that the survey was better prepared. I am a solitary person who loves quiet and I typically work at night (when it's silent). I chose that I wanted quiet roommates with little to no guests. I got roommates who bring people over most days and stay up until they feel like going to bed. While we have talked through this issue they are ...
disappointed that I want there to be quiet hours. Our personality and lifestyles are completely opposite so I wish that we got a better match where we could both feel comfortable and unrestrained.

I enjoy living at UO. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the units are lovely, maintenance always comes in a timely manner whenever a request is made, and the staff in the clubhouse are always so friendly and helpful!

I love the pool and that there is a hot tub available. It is great to have convenient parking on both sides of the building. Lots of friendly students from Salisbury U live in the complex.

You get what you pay for. I wish the rooms were bigger and the wifi was better, other than that it's fine. Know that they just room you with anybody - Last apartment within this complex, got roomed with 3 nut cases.

living here is really great and i love it but there are some hidden fees but they aren’t horrible. i love that’s they allow pets and are acclimating towards emotional support animals. The room sizes are a little bit tight but the bathroom and closet space is good as well as the rest of the apartment.

Great community with other college students and families. The grounds are well-kept and maintained making it a very pretty complex. Maintenance will almost always be able to fix work orders the first time they even see the problem.
