Overpriced and Under Cared For

The building is far too expensive to warrant living in the mediocrely clean and taken care of building. The workout room is pitiful, the wifi is super inconsistent, the parking is expensive and they have had the AC turned off for the majority of the year making it extremely hot in our rooms despite the windows being open. Overall it is too expensive for what little "positives" you get from living here.

I enjoy living at UPA, the location is perfect and not too far from my classes. I also feel extremely safe living here. The rooms are also nice and spacious, i never feel cramped. Also the maintenance repairs are quick and painless.I love living here and would recommend to all.
