Move in was awful! The apartments are a completely disgusting when moving in. Everything promised is not honored. There are holes in the walls? Mold in the bathroom, showers are stained black with footprints etc. the features of the apartment showed were not in the apartment I moved into! And I pay more for my apartment than I did on the south side and it is significantly worse!! Clean checks are not well communicated. I received no text, email, or even a paper on the door. No expectations of ...
cleaning listed or time told when it will take place. I pay monthly for a package parcel that is never used money every month that goes to waste! As well as not receiving packages properly? The door says one number while the mailbox doesn’t fully correspond. For example you can live in apartment 602 and your mailbox will be 2? There’s also birds that live in the parking underground parking and will also fly into the apartment complex! The storage for 8 people in an apartment is awful! Pricing will change in the middle of a lease. I signed a lease that charges $5 a month to get a code for laundry. Then in the middle they change it to $2.50 per wash and dry! Complete breach of lease and no care for tenants. These are college students that they take advantage of hoping they don’t understand how leases work. It’s absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Long story short do not live here!!

If you like functioning AC and competent management then University towers is not for you. This place is so bad I wish I could give it -100 stars. I have lived here almost a year and have had working AC only one month of that time. It’s so hot in my room that I have 3 fans going 24/7 and I have to sleep whilst laying on otter pops to keep myself from overheating. I have submitted millions of maintenance requests but they just get ignored. The management here is so bad I think they were hired off ...
the street. But not just any old street, a street from the homeless sector in San Fransisco. I have thought about pursuing legal action but at this point it would be more trouble than it’s worth. lived here rom September 2020 to July 2021, they never applied the total amount of my referral concession, we had a broken water heater for 2 months( not even exaggerating, we filed a court claim because of it.) The apartment was absolutely disgusting when I moved in. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. Management changed 3 times from the time I moved into the day I moved out. The lease says that a final walkthrough will be done for the tenants to avoid the cleaning costs. they did 1 walkthrough after we had been there for 3 months and we met all the criteria, still being charged a cleaning fee, and a half months utilities even though I moved out months ago.

This place is absolutely the worst! The management is terrible. I don't know who thought it would be a good idea to let 18-20 year olds manage an entire apartment complex but it was not a good idea.
There was one day, I called into the office 3 times with no answer so I decided to just go into the office and there were the 2 employees sitting on their phones scrolling through social media, the phone ringing behind them.

We had holes in the wall where curtains were once hanging. When maintenance finally came to fix it, they painted the holes gray and the rest of the wall is white. We literally have gray paint patches all over the wall because they couldn't get the right color of paint.
Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider moving here. It is miserable.

The roommates all got along and were very welcoming, The apartment was always clean. It was very spacious and nice for the price. Don't come here. This place is terrible. Whatever other review says that this place is good is lying. Screw this place. My first day there and it turned out that the other people from before didn't even move out. I was coming from out of state and they told us to come back when the apartment was cleared out, but I had no where to go so I was stuck sleeping in the sofa till the previous people who lived there moved out there stuff. Then, I got stuck sleeping in the sofa again because it turns out ...
there was cat pee and food all over my room. It smelled terrible and the room had to be cleaned out and carpet had to be removed. They take forever to fix the things that need fixing, such as the light in the living room that was broken for a while. I told management that I was moving out and even though it's contract and I still had to pay the rent till I sold my contract or the year was complete, these guys still charged me for cleaning checks, that they have once a month. They charged me 75 bucks for 2 months that I didn't do cleaning checks. Like how am I supposed to do it after moving out of state again? I even notified about it and they told me not to worry. Now I'm worried every month to see if they are going to charge me again. Don't come here. I'm serious.

They really know how to sell you on how amazing these apartments are. But actually sign a contract and move in and it's a whole new world. Showed up today with my son and the room had never been cleaned. Never. I don't know if it ever has been. The fridge was caked with rotted food. The bathrooms? A toxic disaster that no one should have to face outside of a portapotty. The smells? Bring a gas mask. The mattress? Homeless people would turn down these stained and disgusting mattresses. I ...

Ha do you ever just wanna come home, make dinner, and watch a movie with the significant other? Ha me to, unfortunately that's never possible. Living with Roomates is hard, ha so looking for a place for just me and him is the one thing that will happen one day. The apartment complex is also very trashy.. not a place i would ever recommend to anyone, no offense. Its just the truth.
