I currently live here. The apartment itself is nice they do renovate before you move in, the issue is not the unit itself but the community, location, and management. It is technically “gated” however people prop open the back doors and homeless people can easily enter and the neighbors for the most part are horrible. I had a prostitute neighbor who broke both of her windows that did not get cleaned or fixed until two months after she was evicted. No one in the community cleans up after
...themselves and no matter how many letters they send out saying that people caught not cleaning up after themselves will be fined they never follow through. You pay 50$ per parking spot except the parking garage door gets broken almost every month because people don’t pay for parking and force the door open. They make threats about towing those who don’t pay to park and they never do. I’ve seen a woman throw her boyfriends things off the second balcony into the courtyard and not get picked up for days. The emergency maintenance number never picks up and never calls you back. The housing office rarely answers the phone and won’t call back no matter how many messages you leave. They’ve messed up my rent several months in a row and try to find me for not paying on time even though they won’t answer phone calls. They randomly send out letters about bug bombing apartments like every two months and have also done apartment audits where they come walk around your home randomly. I’ve had to call the police numerous times over homeless people screaming in the back alley, gun shots, or over domestic violence. I feel sorry for the families that live here with young children. There’s usually empty to half full modelo or corona bottles all over the parking garage. We used to have a trash can in the garage and housing stopped taking it out so it completely overflowed everywhere, so instead of cleaning it up they threw away the whole trash can. They rarely if ever clean hallway or community areas. I do not recommend living here unless you absolutely have to.
