You have inspections for HUD and building management where they go in your apartment without asking. The apartment building manager is a do nothing, basically, she likes evicting and busting tenants for cannabis. She does not go out of the way to help you, she just goes through the motion of the job. Strong no smoking policy, you cannot smoke in your rooms and there are very little spaces to smoke. No general outside patio or anywhere to smoke outside. This is great for temp housing, but find a place that's better to live in when you can.
