Good, not great!
March 24, 2021Urban West is a good rental but I'm dropping a star because of cost, property management, and cheap materials. This is stick frame build (think neighborly noise, smells) in a meh residential neighborhood and, while all utilities/internet are included, this is priced too high. My unit is so sunny and modern but then you have loud appliances, no garbage disposal, weird light switch locations, trim falling off (kitchen), trim literally disintegrating in both bathrooms, small shower in master, ...ridiculously high counter in kitchen (for bar stools), no grills/smoking on patios, no candles, parking garage door that works about 50% of the time (sometimes it just keeps opening/closing but other times it just stays open). I've had mostly pleasant interactions with Swiderski (property managers) but they're pretty passive aggressive for the less fun conversations so I won't be renting with them again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
