Great management
August 3, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe good perks were I had my own space and was left alone. The maintenance people are the nicest men. The manager is nice and her family as well. The bad... roaches; due to living next to the canal. They finally replaced the dinosaur A/C unit but no filter was given to me. The refrigerator leaked. Top of everything It was great while it lasted. The manager is amazing. She is patient and very nice.

December 15, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThere is no security to live there, they steal the parcel, bad management. I wish to find information where you can complain about the apartments. A lot of money for a small apartment with lots of cockroaches and the repairs always take a lot of time or put used parts. Stay away! The cheap is more expensive!

September 26, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI wish that I could give this place less than one star. The new management is really horrible and she does not know how to do her job. There is no point asking her to fix something for you because she would totally ignore you and the roaches are disgusting. It may be fine for a few months and of course the price is okay but it is definitely not worth it. So if you had the money to go to a way nicer place then I would definitely take the opportunity.

Worst choice
May 1, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comIt seems like a good deal, but it's not. When I first moved in, I was so happy, until I realized how it really is. Infested with cockroaches, ranging in size from tiny to huge. Pest control does nothing. The worst problem is the ENDLESS screaming by groups of 10-20 kids. It begins around 7am and lasts til 11pm daily, especially weekends. You will NEVER get a good night's rest, nor will you ever be able to take a nap during the day. It's the worst for students. If you tell these kids to quiet ...down, they do the opposite just to get on your nerves. They roar, scream, toss basketballs into your window (no joke). Their parents couldn't care less either if you complain. Next...management is rude and will throw fees at you from all sides, pocketing your money. Also, it will take at least 100 tries to get them to finally fix something for you. Ah, and of course, they behave as if they are the landlords (which they aren't), and the kings of the place, where it's okay to be rude and condescending to your tenants. They will only be nice to you in the beginning when you sign. Can't wait to move out!Read More

September 30, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment complex is very close to Arizona State University, one of the largest college campuses in the US. The main college town is literally a 2-3 minute drive from the apartments. The area itself is fantastic - palm trees, pools, parks, and green everywhere. The apartments are spacious and relatively inexpensive, especially how close they are to school.
INFESTED with cockroaches
May 29, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comIf you are looking for a nice clean place to live with no bugs then you better keep looking. I have lived here for a while and the management has done nothing to get rid of the roaches. The manager actually acts like its not a big deal to see a roach. Its disgusting. Human beings should not live this way. How can somebody be okay with moving people into such an infested dirt hole? Steer clear for sure.
