May 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comGreat place overall and a very new, modern building with nice amenities and well-maintained common areas. The apartments are comfortable, and the property feels clean and updated. The main areas that could be improved are the water pressure, which is sometimes weaker than expected, and the parking situation. My apartment is perfect other than a pretty gnarly aesthetic blemish on my refrigerator. I'd say the only thing that I would like some improvement on is the recycling closet definitely does not get emptied enough. There should also be a notice put on everyone's door of what should be placed in the recycling.
