October 5, 2024I've been living at Vive Luxury Apartments for a little over a year, and it's already on its third property management group. Unfortunately, the place is going downhill fast. The grass hasn’t been mowed in weeks, which is a huge issue, especially if you have a small dog. The hallways are a mess and on top of that, I've been waiting over three months for basic repairs in my unit with no progress. This place is far from "luxury" anymore. No Long Enjoying My Time at the Vive.
January 3, 2024I have lived at Vive for 3 years. Each year is worse than the year prior. I have to thoroughly check my rent payment each month as there is always something wrong. One month my base rent was wrong, the next month I had a random $150 charge, and this month it was another random $50 charge. I call every time and have to have them make adjustments. :( I feel like Management means well but they make empty promises and only are willing to help if you confront them face to face (meaning resolve the ...issue in person). This place don’t worth it
December 13, 2023Don’t let this nice building fool y’all, this management is trash and unprofessional. When I moved in to this apartment I was happy until they gave me the key , the unit I wanted they gave it to someone else didn’t tell me . They even told me they would checked on me to see how I like the unit but they didn’t and told me I could switch the unit anytime. There’s mold everywhere in this place, the floor get slippery when you cooking and now they telling me I gotta pay a fee $500 to switch the unit ...After filed a complaint for mold they did not help in fact they charged me for it . If you want to move to this place they won’t tell you that but you can’t turn off the AC even if you get cold the mold started before I turned off the AC I just don’t get why this place is expensive when they brought cheap stuff to build this building. August 26, 2021Th is place is better than you could ever imagine. The price is great for what you get as the pool and community area is just like a resort. The neighbors are friendly and very welcoming. The location is everything you are off the main road which gives more privacy but only seconds away from so many great places. Since living here I have been able to see a family of deer which is an amazing experience every time. If you even have a slim thought about moving here Im telling you that you will love ...it and it will be the best decision ever as it has been for myselfProperty Manager Responded
