At Valhalla our valued residents love our excellent southside location that has easy access to shopping and major crossroads in Corpus, so getting places is very convenient. We have private, hands-on, long-term ownership, so property maintenance is of outmost importance and issues get resolved very quickly, without having to go through multiple levels of management to get decisions made. This helps to provide a much more enjoyable resident experience and avoid much of the frustration of renting. April 9, 2022No amenities here, internet access if you pay for it. Pool if you only want to look at it, same w/fitness rm. No clubhouse you’re aloud to use. Roaches!! No maid service No useable tennis court. Dirty laundry rm w/ nonworking machines. Many policies & fees no advantages. Horrible Apartment complex!!!
August 8, 2016Apartment is a good size but are roach infested. Management doesn't care. Still waiting to have my garbage disposal fix. That's going on 5 months. They allow anyone to move in. Had to call the cops twice in one day because my neighbors fighting. Neighbor upstairs smoke synthetic weed. Management is lazy. They close up shop and pretend to be out on property but really they are in the clubhouse watching TV. Pool area has been closed more then open. Avoid this place like the plague! just awful
May 1, 2016I am counting the days down for when my lease is up! these apartments are infested and what seems to be new property management does not care , when it rains we have water coming in through the window like a water fall and still has not been fixed. if you bring up any issues you will be met by attitude and disappointed. the laundry room is hot and uncomfortable also the workout room has only been fully functioning for the first two months of move in which was awhile ago! ,and it's an easy fix. ...and as far as the pool , I am still afraid going swimming in there. Slimy and sad
July 27, 2015Our apartment had a puddle of green slimy water right where we park for the first several months. The hot tub has never worked. The exterior color is ugly and also has algae growing on the sides of the building. The heating /cooling cost is cheap, as is the rent. However, in hindsight, we would not have come here have we realized we could have had a much better space with a washer and dryer hook up instead of calling our laundry around town. The laundry area is not air conditioned and is like ...being in a hot sauna. The apartment manager is very nice and helpful. We are glad they are pet friendly, but we resent the non-refundable pet deposit. there been many more disappointment and frustration about living here but I feel that's enough to share publicly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
